1. Main uses and scope of application:

FBD series mine explosion-proof press-in counter-rotating axial flow local ventilator is mainly used as a press-in local ventilator in coal mines with explosive risks of gas or coal dust. This product is also suitable for metal mines and chemical mines. , tunnels and other factories and mines where fans are used. The temperature of the conveying medium does not exceed 40ºC, the temperature does not exceed 95±3% (25ºC) and it is non-corrosive.

2. Structure and characteristics

(1) This series of ventilators consists of a current collector, a primary fan, a secondary fan, a motor, a muffler, etc. The body and structure are made of welded steel plates, and the motor and impeller are directly connected. The transmission is reliable, the overall structure is simple and compact, sturdy and durable, safe to use and easy to maintain.

(2) The ventilator is driven by a YBF2 series flameproof three-phase asynchronous motor or a structurally integrated motor.

(3) It adopts advanced three-dimensional flow aerodynamic theory, curved and swept combination orthogonal blades and airfoils and many other high-tech design and manufacturing, which has reached the advanced level at home and abroad.

(4) It has the characteristics of compact structure, low noise, good anti-wind performance, high wind pressure, stable operation in small flow areas, and wide range of efficient applications. According to the length of the excavation face and the different ventilation requirements of the tunnel, it can be used as a whole machine or in stages, thereby reducing energy consumption. It saves energy and is an ideal equipment for local ventilation over medium and long distances in mine excavation.

(5) It adopts an outsourced compound silencing device, which has low noise characteristics and good silencing effect.
