1 Main uses and scope of application
FBCDZ series explosion-proof withdrawable counter-rotating axial flow fans for coal mine ground use (hereinafter referred to as fans) have the characteristics of simple structure, convenient installation and maintenance, safety, high efficiency, energy saving, low noise, wide high-efficiency area, smooth and reliable operation, etc. It is mainly used for extraction ventilation on the ground of coal mines. It is a special main ventilator for large, medium and small coal mines. The ambient medium temperature is -20ºC~40ºC, the altitude is less than 1000m, and the relative humidity does not exceed 95% (25ºC). The explosion-proof type of the ventilator is explosion-proof type for coal mines, and the explosion-proof mark: ExdI.
2 Product structure characteristics
2.1 The FBCZ (formerly BK) series has a single-machine structure, and the FBCDZ (formerly BDK) series adopts a two-stage fan counter-rotating structure. The overall structure consists of seven major components: current collector, primary host, secondary host (not available in a single machine), diffuser, round and square joint, muffler, and diffusion tower. The main body of the fan adopts a steel plate and section steel welded structure. Each component (or combination) is equipped with a supporting wheel and placed on a preset track to move in the axial direction. The components are connected with bolts for easy maintenance.
2.2 The primary and secondary hosts of the FBCDZ series ventilator are composed of two motors and impellers. The impeller is directly installed on the shaft extension end of each motor. The two impellers rotate in opposite directions to each other to form a counter-rotating structure. The two-stage impeller is both a working wheel and a guide vane for each other, which avoids the energy loss of the traditional fan guide vane part and the transmission device between the motor and the impeller. Therefore, the counter-rotating main fan can obtain higher static pressure efficiency of the device and achieve significant energy saving effect.
2.3 The ventilator is equipped with a flameproof three-phase asynchronous motor for the YBF series fan, and the voltage level is 380V/660V or 6kV and 10kV. The explosion-proof type of the motor is explosion-proof type, and the explosion-proof mark: ExdI. The explosion-proof motor is installed in a sealed flow-isolating cavity in the main engine barrel. The flow-isolating cavity has two sets of external circulation air ducts for cooling the motor that are connected to the atmosphere, which not only ensures that the motor can run in fresh air, but also ensures the heat dissipation of the motor. Good cooling ensures the explosion-proof performance of the whole machine and fully complies with the requirements of "Coal Mine Safety Regulations".
2.4 The ventilator is equipped with a braking device, which can brake quickly. The motor can be directly reversed to reverse the wind within 5 to 10 minutes.
2.5 The motor bearing is equipped with an oil filling pipe, which can be filled with grease without stopping the machine during operation. Unless the motor bearing needs to be replaced when it reaches the design life, it generally does not require maintenance.
2.6 The motor bearings (and the stators of large motors) are equipped with temperature measurement devices and adopt digital multi-point temperature monitors to achieve digital temperature display, monitoring alarms and over-temperature power-off protection.
2.7 According to user needs, it can also be equipped with a fan performance online monitoring and fault diagnosis system to conduct real-time dynamic monitoring of fan operation and mine conditions, and provide a network interface to realize computer information management.
3 Product performance characteristics
3.1 The ventilator blade profile is a wing-twisted type, designed using three-dimensional flow theory, and has excellent aerodynamic performance. The hump area is narrow, the wind pressure is stable, the air flow surge is weak, and the noise is low.
3.2 The FBCDZ series fan adopts a counter-rotating structure. The two-stage impellers rotate in opposite directions. The first and second-stage blades are guide vanes for each other. The fan has small internal loss and high efficiency.
3.3 Impeller blade installation angle: single machine BK-27°, 30°, 33°, 36°, 42°, counter-rotating BDC type-36°/24°, 39°/37°, 42°/30°, 45°/ 33°, 48°/36°, 51°/39° can be manually adjusted according to the required parameters of the ventilation network to ensure that the fan operates in a high efficiency area of more than 70%, and the fan static pressure efficiency can reach a maximum of more than 85%.
3.4 The impeller is directly connected to the motor, eliminating the need for the long-axis connection of the traditional "S"-shaped air duct of the fan. It has a simple structure, small ventilation resistance, and high transmission efficiency.
3.5 The cylinder at the rotating point of the impeller is inlaid with a copper protective ring to prevent sparks from possible friction, making the fan operation safer and more reliable.
3.6 The impeller has been dynamically and statically balanced multiple times to ensure that the fan runs smoothly without vibration and effectively reduces vibration and noise.
3.7 The motor is used to directly reverse the reverse wind, and the reverse air volume can reach more than 60% of the normal air volume; there is no need to build a reverse wind system, the machine room is simple to build, and is especially suitable for areas with small site area and dangerous areas such as surface collapse and landslides.
3.8 The designed service life of the ventilator is 10 years, and the normal operation time before the first overhaul is 13,000 hours.
