Adjustable moving blade axial flow fan
This series of fans has two structural types: single-stage impeller and double-stage impeller. Usually the supply fan and induced draft fan are single-stage impellers. When the primary fan and induced draft fan are equipped with desulfurization and removal, the fans use double-stage impellers.
Single stage impeller:
Pressure: 300~12000Pa
Flow: 25~1100 m3/s
Two-stage impeller:
Pressure: 1500~25000Pa
Flow rate: 15~1175 m3/s
>The fans are generally arranged horizontally, but in special circumstances they can also be arranged vertically.
>The fan generally takes in air vertically and discharges air horizontally. The air inlet box of the fan can be rotated according to the user's needs.
>The fan blades are hydraulically adjusted during operation. The angle adjustment range of the blades is from -30° to 30°. The working pressure of the hydraulic system is 2.5~-6.3MPa. The full adjustment stroke time is 20~45s.
Stator blade adjustable axial flow fan
Our company's adjustable vane flue gas desulfurization booster fan adopts the imported German AN series adjustable vane axial flow fan technology. At present, the maximum specification of the product (impeller diameter) has exceeded 4 meters.
