Tunnel jet fans (hereinafter referred to as jet fans) have bidirectional injection function, rich product selection, excellent moving blades, stator blades and uniform axial pressure distribution design. The fluid simulation software FLUENT is used to simulate the tunnel under normal conditions and fire conditions. Simulation of the ventilation effect ensures low energy consumption and high stability of the jet fan. Jet fans are divided into two categories: unidirectional jet fans and bidirectional jet fans.

Tunnel jet fans are mainly used for longitudinal jet ventilation in traffic tunnels such as highways and railways. They use the high-speed jet airflow generated by the jet fan to push the air in the tunnel to move along the direction of the jet to achieve ventilation. However, fires in the tunnel are not possible. For the purpose of exhausting smoke, the transport medium of the jet fan is air, and the ambient temperature is between -25°C and 50°C. The dust content and other solid impurities in the medium are not more than 150mg/m3, and there is no sticky or fibrous material. When a fire occurs in the tunnel, it can operate continuously for two hours at an ambient temperature of 280°C.
