The FKZ series mining axial flow ventilation fan is designed successfully on the basis of energy-saving fans used in the original mine, through technical improvement, structural improvement, performance enhancement, and expansion of machine numbers. The operating efficiency of the fan is higher, the noise is lower, the performance range is larger, and the energy-saving effect is more significant. At the same time, there is a stable flow ring device inside the main air duct, and the characteristic curve has no hump, which can ensure that the fan can operate stably under any resistance state.

In order to expand the performance range of ventilation fans and meet the needs of various large, medium, and small mines, various types of ventilation networks with low, medium, and high resistance, as well as large, medium, and small air flow, can be selected to operate the main fan, auxiliary fan, and multi-stage fan station fans in the high-efficiency area. The ventilation fans adopt a wheel ratio of 0.40 and 0.45 and a single machine structure type, using 4, 6, and 8 pole motors respectively. The ventilation fans can be personalized designed according to the operating parameters provided by the user to ensure operation in the high-efficiency area.

The FKZ series mining axial flow ventilation fan is specially designed for the ventilation needs of various non coal mines such as metallurgy, non-ferrous metals, gold, chemical industry, building materials, and nuclear industry. It can be used as a main fan and auxiliary fan, and can be installed on the surface or underground. It is suitable for the joint operation of multiple fans and is an ideal fan for various levels of fan stations in a multi fan series multi-stage ventilation system.

A ventilation fan generally consists of components such as a collector, main engine, and diffuser, as detailed in the installation foundation diagram. According to user needs, it can be equipped with diffusion towers, dampers, control cabinets, frequency converters, online monitoring and fault diagnosis systems.

When the ventilation fan serves as the main ventilation fan and the station fan, it should be equipped with a dedicated diffuser. The surface main ventilation fan equipped with a diffuser can convert some dynamic pressure into static pressure, reduce outlet dynamic pressure loss, and achieve energy-saving goals. The ventilation fan installed underground with a diffuser can reduce both the local resistance coefficient and the dynamic pressure value at the outlet of the diffuser, thereby significantly reducing the local resistance of the fan device and saving ventilation power consumption.

The motor is placed inside the main engine cylinder, and the power junction box is led out to the ventilation fan housing through an extension rod. The motor always runs in fresh air flow, ensuring effective heat dissipation of the motor.

The ventilation fan has a compact structure, safe use, and convenient maintenance. The ventilation fan adopts a specialized electric motor, which has good heat dissipation. The motor can be equipped with bearings and stator temperature measurement devices, and the operation status of the motor can be monitored at any time through electronic thermometers.

The total pressure of the ventilation fan is relatively small, making it suitable for early ventilation in mines.
