FBD series of coal mine explosion-proof press-in type counter-rotating axial flow local ventilator has the characteristics of reasonable structure, complete specifications, high efficiency, obvious effect of energy saving, low noise, and long distance of air supply. According to the requirements of different ventilation resistance, it can be used as a whole machine and can be used in stages, to reduce ventilation power consumption and save energy. If the length of the roadway is less than 2000m, the air can be supplied normally without moving the fan, which reduces the labor intensity of the workers and saves ventilation time. It is the ideal equipment for local ventilation in underground coal mines. At the same time, it can also be used in high-pressure ventilation applications such as metallurgy, nonferrous, gold, chemical industry, shipbuilding, and ceramic industries. Its structural characteristics are explosion-proof type, counter-rotating, muffling, and axial flow type.

This product is mainly used as a press-in type local ventilator in underground coal mines. It applies to the local ventilation applications of mining working faces and various kinds of chambers. At the same time, it is also applicable to the local ventilation applications in other mines and various kinds of tunnel ventilation.

e, The environmental conditions for use
This product can be placed flat on the floor of the roadway and also can be suspended on the wall of the roadway for use. When used on the floor, the air inlet (the collector end) of the fan should not be immersed in water or cement. The gas temperature of the user environment of the fan is -20~50ºC, and the altitude should not exceed 1000m. The rated frequency of the power supply used is 50 Hz, and the rated voltage is any class of 380V/660V or 660V/1140V.
f, The working conditions
The dust content of the gas passing through this product does not exceed 200mg/m3. It should be installed in the air inlet with a gas concentration of less than 1% in the underground coal mine. When the gas concentration exceeds 1%, the power supply should be cut off immediately.

This product has no pollution to the environment and is a high-efficiency energy-saving product.
h, Safety
This product is reasonably designed and has the conformity certificate of explosion proof and the "MA" safety mark permit. Its matching motor also has these two certificates, which belong to the explosion-proof safety product.

The overall structure and its working principle, working characteristics
This product has two impellers installed close to each other, which are respectively driven by two explosion-proof motors to rotate them in opposite directions. The airflow enters the I-class impeller from the collector end along the axial direction, and after being accelerated, the direction of the airflow is deflected and then flows into the classseveral main enginesbriefly. After being accelerated again by the -class impeller, the direction of the airflow is reversely deflected and then discharged from the diffuser end along the axial direction.
